Amiano & Son Construction has recently announced we are moving to a new location. There are many factors that led into the decision to move to a new location. The first reason we decided to move locations is because we needed to be more centralized on the island. Our location in Barnegat Light was only convenient for half of the island. Our clients tend to span the length of Long Beach Island. We have clients in Loveladies, Harvey Cedars, Surf City, Ship Bottom, Brant Beach, Spray Beach, North Beach Haven, Beach Haven, Barnegat Light, and Holgate. During the busy season it is difficult for our clients and crew to commute back and forth to our LBI Showroom. Amiano and Son decided it would be nice to be in a more centralized location convenient to all the towns of Long Beach Island. We are happy to announce we are in the process of remodeling our new showroom located in Ship Bottom- client friendly as all our showroom locations have been. The new showroom is at 2500 Long Beach Blvd, where we can offer that convenience to Amiano clients.

Clients will be able to travel less and enjoy more time reviewing their designs as well as products. Currently clients can review their kitchen designs, bath designs, exterior designs, and architectural drawings with their design team at either of our showrooms. Clients can also make changes to designs, have private meetings as needed at either of our locations, and have the security of knowing that you have a location you can go to if needed to check in with your remodeler.

The production team will also benefit from this centralized location. They can do the business they need to do daily without losing time by sitting in island traffic. Our remodeling team often needs to print out items, send faxes, make copies, and set up large orders daily. In today’s current limited staffing and limited supply climate anything you can do faster is better. Your project needs that attention and time which we focus on as part of our commitment to LBI in 2021. We are working on our new Ship Bottom Location as I write this. Within 4-6 weeks that location will be ready to welcome the Long Beach Island community in. We are so excited to meet you, design your space, then build your space. You will be happy with the ease of working with our design team at one or both of our locations. This will eliminate drive time, talk time at various “kitchen & bath” stores, and setting up, you the client, as a middleman. You will have more free time utilizing our process and showrooms.
