Medford New Jersey Home Remodel

Having a house on the lake is ideal for many homeowners but for this family, the interior of the home needed some updating. The layout didn’t flow, and the overall aesthetic was not theirs. We created an open concept space with plenty of windows to allow natural light in and the homeowners to look out and enjoy the gorgeous views their house.

This typical house with a view became a home with a view after we completed our renovation. The house is situated on a lake, so it had the appeal for the homeowners when they purchased the home, but they knew the interior needed to be updated to fit their family. The lower level had a choppy set up with no flow. The homeowners were adamant about completely opening the space up for a new, modern feel. The kitchen, dining room, porch/patio, powder room, staircase and family room were all remodeled.

Before this addition and whole home remodel the house was dark and divided up with walls. The plan was to open the entire house concept and add on a master suite on the first floor. Additionally there the laundry room was moved to the first floor so these homeowners could truly take advantage of first floor living.

The white kitchen cabinets and really brightened up the space.
