This Princeton New Jersey Home Remodel is classy with so many Modern, Industrial design elements. What was once a tiny, one story, compartmentalized home- is now large enough to spread out and offers so many homeowner friendly areas.

The Princeton home received a complete makeover and addition.

Amiano & Son had to work closely with Architect and Designer to achieve this complete remodel. We added a second floor addition and a garage addition. The second floor addition freed up the first floor for two family rooms and a breakfast nook area off of the kitchen. A popular request of so many homeowners is for more storage space. No Problem ! We were able to add ample closet space on the first floor as well.

The second floor addition added so much value to their home. They now have all the bedroom they need and even an in home office. The second floor addition opened up more storage space with an easily accessible attic with plywood floor that can hold lots of boxes and containers.

We hired Amiano and Son to help with our kitchen remodel. The design was amazing, with even better results. For it being a contruction site in my house, they did a great job of containing everything to the kitchen area so we could still use the rest of our house. Very excited with our new kitchen.

The Amiano's did a masterful job converting my small ~750 sq ft. single story ranch into a 2300 sq ft. 2-story colonial with 3 car garage. The workers were very efficient and pretty much on the job every day during the almost 4 months of building it took to complete the job. We are very happy with the outcome.

We would totally recommend. Everyone in this company was easy to work with. My husband and I told them what we wanted, they helped us through all minor issues, and at the end, we absolutely love everything about our new bedroom, balcony and outside basement stairs.
