Setting the stage for how it happened…Lou Amiano Jr. was in his office when 5 of his employees, including his wife Wendy, entered insisting that he walk through the snow and check out the building next door. It had sat for over a year waiting for new owners to find it. The building housed many different businesses through it’s time dating back to 1950 but the most remembered is another family business “Floral Fantasy.” After much persuasion Lou trudged through the snow with his team and looked through the freezing cold building. All he thought was “This is going to be a lot of work!” After weeks of persuasion Lou Amiano Jr. made the move and purchased the old shell of a building. What Lou and his team did to transform the building into a destination Kitchen & Bath Showroom Experience will blow you away. All the creativity, thought, and yes LOVE from this family business shows as you walk through a menagerie of modern day displays.
Amiano & Son Construction is excited to announce and invite all who are curious to their 3 day Grand Opening Celebration. Beginning on September 12th, dedicated to the busy young families of today. Friday September 13th will be unusually lucky as Amiano cuts the ribbon to their new location with cherished members of the community and industry. Finally Saturday September 14th Amiano & Son Construction features a day dedicated to learning about Design, Color Creativity, and Financing your project. On that day there will be an Animal Charity (TBD) present to educate homeowners on pet ownership, pet products, and how to keep your pets safe during home renovations.

Recently recieving her NARI certification as a Certified Remodeler Wendy Amiano has worked in many areas of remodeling. Her knowledge extends into various areas of the remodel but her main specialty is consulting on the before, during and after a remodel as featured at the Philly Home Show.
